Eligibility Requirements

- All original tags must be attached and items must be unworn
- Items must be unwashed and in their original packaging

Final Sale Items
Due to the intimate nature and special occasion purpose of certain items, the following products are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Ghost Archive collection items
- Occasionwear marked as “Final Sale”
- Items purchased during Social Promotions events
- Bank Holiday Edit limited edition pieces
Return & Exchange Process
To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please follow these steps for returns or exchanges:
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Complete the Return & Exchange Request Form and email it to our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions.
Step 3: Package Your Items
Carefully package the items in their original packaging, including all tags and labels. Please include a copy of your original order confirmation or receipt.

Refund Information
