Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for items that meet the following criteria:
- Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date
- All original tags must be attached and items must be unworn
- Items must be in their original packaging and condition
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Please Note: Due to the intimate nature and special occasion purpose of certain items, the following products are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Ghost Archive collection items
- Occasionwear marked as “Final Sale”
- Items purchased during Social Promotions events
- Bank Holiday Edit limited edition pieces
Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Complete the Return & Exchange Request Form below and email it to our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Package Your Items
Carefully package the items in their original packaging, including all tags and labels. Please include a copy of your original order confirmation or receipt.
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Ship your return package to our Los Angeles studio using a trackable shipping method:

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we will ship your new item once the return is processed
